The AXIIS Swingarm Extension Kit applies this principle with a platform-specific approach—delivering a 120 mm wheelbase increase while preserving correct axle alignment, chain geometry, and swingarm stiffness.
CNC-machined from 7075-T651 aerospace aluminium (Ergal), the extension blocks are engineered to withstand the extreme loads encountered in MX, Enduro, and Supermoto riding. The increased wheelbase improves high-speed composure, traction under acceleration, and overall chassis predictability without introducing flex or drivetrain misalignment.
Developed in-house at AXIIS specifically for the Stark Varg platform, the kit integrates seamlessly with the OEM swingarm architecture and is fully compatible with both standard and AXIIS Indexed Chain Adjusters, ensuring accurate, symmetrical, and repeatable chain adjustment across the full extended range.
The system installs without permanent modifications and retains compatibility with swingarm sliders and paddock-stand spools, maintaining full practicality for race, service, and workshop use.
